Terms & Conditions
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, sessions, consultations, programmes, and other services offered by True Bloom.
By making an appointment, purchasing a service, or taking part in a programme, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
2. Nature of the services
True Bloom offers NEI therapy (Neuro Emotional Integration) and related forms of guidance aimed at personal development, awareness, and wellbeing.
NEI therapy is a complementary approach and does not replace regular medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. In the case of physical or psychological complaints, the client remains responsible for consulting a general practitioner, specialist, or other qualified healthcare provider.
No medical diagnoses are made, and no guarantees are given regarding the outcome of a treatment or programme.
Medical Disclaimer
True Bloom provides complementary wellness services through Neuro Emotional Integration (NEI). These services are intended to support personal wellbeing and self-awareness and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
The therapist is a certified NEI therapist, not a physician, psychologist, or licensed mental health professional. No medical diagnoses are made, and no medical treatment is provided.
Information shared during sessions, on this website, or through any communication with True Bloom is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Clients should always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any physical or mental health concerns.
Results vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding the outcome of any session or service.
3. Appointments and cancellations
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment is due to start.
In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to show up without notice, True Bloom reserves the right to charge the full fee for the scheduled session.
True Bloom reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Rates and payment
Current rates are listed on the True Bloom website or communicated prior to treatment.
Payment must be made immediately after the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of late payment, True Bloom reserves the right to suspend future appointments until the outstanding payment has been settled.
5. Client responsibility
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and relevant information that may be important for the guidance or treatment.
The client remains responsible at all times for choices, decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from the guidance or treatment.
6. Liability
True Bloom makes every effort to provide its services to the best of its knowledge and ability.
True Bloom is not liable for direct or indirect damage, physical complaints, psychological complaints, loss, or other consequences resulting from the use of the services offered, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
True Bloom's liability is in all cases limited to the amount charged for the treatment or service in question.
7. Privacy and confidentiality
True Bloom treats all personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
Information shared during sessions is not disclosed to third parties without the client's explicit consent, unless required otherwise by law.

8. Complaints
If a client is dissatisfied with the services provided, they are asked to first raise this with True Bloom so that a suitable solution can be found together.
If a complaint cannot be resolved through mutual consultation, the client may contact the relevant professional association or dispute resolution body with which the therapist is affiliated.
9. Changes
True Bloom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
The most current version of these terms and conditions is always available on the True Bloom website.
10. Governing law
All agreements and services provided by True Bloom are governed exclusively by Dutch law.
